Information used by the service

Account details, profile information, listings and listing media, messages, ratings, saved opportunities, disclosure requests and decisions, reports, moderation records, and basic technical logs may be processed when you use the marketplace. Discreet listing details are shown only through the access controls provided by the product.

Why information is used

Information supports account access, listing publication, marketplace communications, disclosure control, safety review, fraud prevention, service notifications, and product operation.

Who processes it

We use service providers to run the product, including application hosting, database and file storage, and email delivery. They process information on our instructions to provide those services. We do not sell personal information, and we do not run advertising pixels, session replay, or third-party behavioural profiling.

How long it is kept

Information is kept while your account is active and afterwards only as needed for safety, dispute resolution, record integrity, and legal obligations. Moderation and disclosure events are retained as an append-only record so access decisions remain auditable.

Your choices

You may update profile information and control the content you submit. To request access, correction, or deletion, write from the address on your account to info@offlinemarket.app. We may need to confirm control of the account before acting.

This notice will be updated as the product changes, and the current version always appears on this page.
