Marketplace terms

These release-candidate terms describe expected use of OFFLINEMARKET and require review by qualified counsel before launch. Questions and notices go to info@offlinemarket.app.

Acceptance

By creating an account or using the marketplace you agree to these terms. If you use the service for a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept on its behalf.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter contracts. Accounts are personal; do not share sign-in credentials or let another person act under your account.

Marketplace role

OFFLINEMARKET provides discovery, listing, communication, and moderation tools. We are not a party to any transaction, and we do not represent buyers, sellers, lenders, or their agents.

Listings and authority

Listing contributors must have authority to share submitted content and must keep information materially accurate. Content you upload must not infringe another person’s rights. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, display, and distribute your listing within the product and its share previews.

Discreet listings

Approximate locations and teaser presentation exist to protect sensitive dispositions. They must not be used to mislead viewers about the nature, condition, or status of a property. Confidential material released through disclosure access may be used only to evaluate that opportunity, and access may be time-limited or revoked.

Conduct

Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, or privacy-invasive activity. Do not scrape, reverse engineer, resell access, send unsolicited solicitations, or attempt to identify a discreet property outside the disclosure process.

Moderation and availability

Listings may be reviewed, returned for changes, archived, or removed. Reports and conversations may be reviewed to protect the marketplace. The service is provided as available and may change or be interrupted.

No warranty

The service and all listing content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OFFLINEMARKET is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, or transaction losses arising from use of the service or reliance on listing content.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or creates risk for other users.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Disclaimers

• OFFLINEMARKET is a listing and communication platform. It is not a real-estate brokerage, lender, mortgage broker, appraiser, investment adviser, or legal or tax adviser.
• Listings are submitted by users. Prices, returns, tenancy, condition, entitlement, Deal DNA ratings, and locations are indicative, unverified, and subject to change.
• Discreet listings show an approximate area on purpose. Approximate locations are not precise addresses and must not be relied on as such.
• Nothing on the platform is an offer, solicitation, recommendation, appraisal, or advice, and no listing creates an agency relationship.
• Every user is responsible for their own diligence, verification, and independent professional advice before acting on anything found here.
